I'm Mario Meir-Huber, founder of Cloudvane and an AI and data strategy advisor based in Vienna. For 15+ years I've led data and AI in some of Europe's largest organizations, and today I help leadership teams adopt generative AI without skipping the parts that decide whether it pays off: governance, operating models and solid data foundations.
I've led data and AI organizations across telecom, insurance and the public sector, from company-wide governance and operating models to hands-on architecture and generative-AI rollouts.
